Michael Cianfrani and Jason Creel are ready to take on spring after winning state-of-the-art ride-on sprayer spreaders during last fall’s Defend Your Turf Giveaway.
Cianfrani, owner of Cianfrani Lawn Care in Havertown, Pennsylvania, is using his new Z-Spray Z-Max sprayer spreader to treat larger properties and grow his 3-year-old business.
“I can put down product quicker and more efficiently,” he says. “The tanks on the Z-Max are much larger than the other pieces of equipment I own, so I won’t need to refill as much as I have in the past.”
Cianfrani says the new equipment also will help with labor costs.
“It’s brand-new, so there’s no need for costly or time-consuming repairs,” he says. “Instead, I can focus on growing my accounts.”
Jason Creel, who started Alabama Lawn Pros in 2014, is trading in his old push spreader for a PermaGreen Triumph sprayer spreader. He calls this new equipment his “second crew.”
“Efficiency is extremely important with a one-man show,” he says. “The PermaGreen will hold twice as much, so I won’t waste time refilling the tank. Plus, it’s a lot faster than having to push a spreader.”
Creel says his PermaGreen also will help him reach his 2016 goals.
“I currently have about 100 customers. I’d like to add another 200, plus a second truck,” he says. “The PermaGreen will help me make that jump.”
